Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 25, 2026

Kavgamiz Games (“Kavgamiz”, “we”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes the information we collect through kavgamiz.com/games (the “Service”), why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. It does not cover the separate websites whose games are embedded in the Service.

1. What we collect

Information you choose to provide

  • Optional accounts: if you sign up, we collect your username, email address and a password, which is stored hashed. Your profile can display the points, badges and high scores you earn.
  • Comments and ratings: when you comment we keep what you wrote, the name and email you entered and a timestamp. Game ratings you submit are also stored.
  • Contact requests: messages sent through our form or by email include your name, email address and whatever you choose to write.

Information collected when you visit

  • Technical data: like most websites, our servers and our network provider Cloudflare receive your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you open, the page that referred you and request times. We use this to run and secure the Service.
  • Usage data: we count how often pages are viewed, may log the IP address behind a game rating to stop duplicate votes, and store leaderboard scores for signed-in players.
  • Cookies: our own cookies keep you logged in and remember settings. Analytics and advertising partners set cookies of their own, explained in section 3.

2. Why we use it

  • running the Service and its features, such as accounts, comments, ratings, points and leaderboards
  • answering your questions, support requests and copyright notices
  • measuring traffic and improving the Service
  • displaying the ads that keep the Service free
  • preventing spam, abuse, fraud and security threats
  • meeting legal obligations and enforcing our Terms and Conditions

Kavgamiz does not sell your personal information. Apart from the advertising services named below, we do not share it for targeted advertising.

3. Services we work with

  • Google Analytics tells us how visitors use the Service. See how Google uses data from partner sites. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on to stop it.
  • Google AdSense serves the ads you see. Google and its ad partners may use cookies to show ads based on your past visits here and elsewhere. Adjust personalization at Google Ad Settings or opt out of participating vendors at aboutads.info.
  • Jetpack (Automattic) provides site statistics and security features and processes visitor data such as IP addresses for those purposes.
  • Google reCAPTCHA screens contact form submissions for spam under Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Akismet (Automattic) filters comment spam using the comment text, name, email and IP address.
  • Cloudflare speeds up and protects the Service and handles connection data including IP addresses.
  • Game providers: most games are streamed into a frame from the developer’s or distributor’s servers. Those providers receive your IP address and browser details when a game loads and may use their own cookies, ads or in-game chat, under their own privacy policies.

4. Children under 13

The Service is designed for a general audience and every game can be played without an account. In line with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, and children under 13 should not sign up, comment or send us personal details. Parents or guardians who think their child has shared personal information with us can email [email protected]. We will let you review that information, delete it and close the account. Our Children and Parents guide has more tips for families.

5. Choices you have

  • Your account: update your profile after logging in, or email us from your account’s address to delete the account or any of your comments.
  • Cookies: your browser settings let you refuse or clear cookies, although logging in and some features may then stop working.
  • Do Not Track: because no uniform standard exists, the Service does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals.
  • Emails: we only write to you about your account or to answer you. We never send marketing emails.

6. U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of California and other states with consumer privacy laws may have the right to know what personal information we hold and how it is used and disclosed, to get a copy of it, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or its sharing for targeted advertising. Kavgamiz does not sell personal information. Send requests to [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject. We confirm requests using the email address linked to your account and reply within the legally required period. Using these rights will not affect how we treat you.

7. Retention

Account data is kept until the account is deleted. Comments remain visible until you or we remove them. Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to deal with them, and server logs are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.

8. Keeping data safe

Connections to the Service are encrypted with HTTPS and passwords are never stored in plain text. Even so, no online service can promise perfect security.

9. Updates

We may revise this policy. The effective date above shows the current version, and important changes will be announced on the Service.
