Welcome to House of Hazards, an exciting and fast-paced game that will test your skills and reflexes! Compete against your friends as you race to complete everyday household chores while avoiding a series of unexpected dangers lurking around every corner.

Gameplay Overview

Think you know your house? House of Hazards will make you rethink that! Hidden traps and hilarious hazards await as you take on a variety of quirky tasks. Your goal is to complete all your assigned missions before your rivals—if they don’t sabotage you first!

Missions to Complete

Here are the tasks you’ll need to tackle:

Make Coffee: Kickstart your morning by rushing to the kitchen and brewing a fresh cup of coffee.
Brush Your Teeth: Head to the bathroom and get your teeth sparkling clean.
Water the Garden: Grab the watering can and tend to your carrots.
Collect the Mail: Go outside, grab the mail from the mailbox, and bring it back to the house to finish the job.

Once everyone has attempted their tasks, the scoreboard reveals each player’s progress. The closer you are to finishing, the higher your chances of winning. But watch out—hazards and penalties can change everything!

Spin the Wheel of Punishment

At the end of each round, a lucky wheel decides who gets punished. Players with higher completion rates get a bigger slice of the wheel. If it’s your unlucky spin, you’ll face one of these penalties:

Safe Zone: Breathe easy—no penalties this round.
Redo Last Task: Repeat your most recent task from scratch.
Heavy Weight: Put on armor that slows you down.
Friendly Friend: Instead of setting traps, you must leave harmless flowers.
Nonstop Dab: Hazards become more frequent and unpredictable.
Inverted Controls: Left becomes right, and right becomes left. Good luck navigating!

How to Play

Controls for up to two players on a single keyboard: Player 1:

Move: A and D
Jump: W
Fire/Crouch: S

Player 2:

Move: J and L
Jump: Y
Fire/Crouch: K

For additional players, connect gamepads to join the chaos!

Watch Out for Hazards!

The house is full of surprises. Here’s what to watch for: Indoors:

Falling ceiling lights, cupboard doors, and water sprays.
Flying toast, rogue vacuum cleaners, and unpredictable remotes.

In the Garden:

A hopping teddy bear that chases you.
Water geysers and swinging garden equipment.

In the Garage:

A pitching machine firing baseballs.
A loose skateboard and falling water pipes.

Game Modes

Multiplayer Mode: Compete with up to 4 players to complete tasks while sabotaging each other.
Time Trial Mode: Tackle all the chores solo as quickly as possible and set a personal record.

Meet the Characters

Choose from 8 unique characters, including Marissa, Jerry, Samantha, and Dom—available from the start. Unlock others like Robo Rob and Rocking Grandma by breaking records in Multiplayer Mode.
