Nisb\u00ee ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k, zira bedeli a\u011f\u0131r olan bir mefhumdur h\u00fcrriyet. Orta Asyal\u0131 ve Kafkasyal\u0131 soyda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z, tam istikl\u00e2l u\u011frunda katetmeleri gereken hayli me\u015fakkatli bir yola girdiler. \u0130ktisad\u00ee ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n yoluna.<\/p>\n<p><p>Onlar\u0131n Rus emperyalizminden g\u00f6rece kurtularak ilk ad\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 atmalar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc’nde ne b\u00fcy\u00fck heyecanlar uyand\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7oktand\u0131r unuttu\u011fumuz Turan r\u00fcyalar\u0131n\u0131 yeniden g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Sanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k ki birka\u00e7 y\u0131la kalmaz, Enver Pa\u015fa’n\u0131n Turan \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu mefk\u00fbresi siyas\u00ee sahnedeki yerini al\u0131r. Herkes milliyet\u00e7i kesilmi\u015fti. \u00c7in Seddi’nden Adriyatik’e parolas\u0131 dillere pelesenk, gazete man\u015fetlerine abone olmu\u015ftu. Devrin cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131, bir Osmanl\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmdar\u0131 azametiyle ve bas\u0131n ordusunu da ard\u0131na takarak \u00e2deta T\u00fcrkistan’a \u00f6nc\u00fc ak\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenlemi\u015fti. T\u0131pk\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k bin y\u0131l \u00f6nce \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Bey’in \u00fc\u00e7bin s\u00fcvariyle Anadolu’yu ke\u015ffe \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 gibi.<\/p>\n<p><p>Ne var ki bu pembe r\u00fcya pek k\u0131sa s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Tez uyand\u0131k tatl\u0131 uykumuzdan. Ve h\u00e2l\u00e2 anlayamad\u0131k ki, uyanmaktan ziyade uyand\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. A\u011f\u0131r olun demi\u015flerdi bize; \u00e7izmeyi a\u015f\u0131yorsunuz! Elbette bu mesaj, siyaset sanat\u0131n\u0131n ince ve karma\u015f\u0131k us\u00fblleriyle verilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p><p>\u0130lkin Turgut \u00d6zal sahneden \u00e7ekildi. Ard\u0131 ard\u0131na vas\u0131fs\u0131z, iradesiz h\u00fck\u00fbmetler kuruldu. Toz pembe d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn mahmurlu\u011funu \u00fczerinden hen\u00fcz atamam\u0131\u015f T\u00fcrk milleti \u015fa\u015fk\u0131n ve umutsuz, Refahyol h\u00fck\u00fbmetine ge\u00e7it verdi. Ortal\u0131k enikonu kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Darbe s\u00f6ylentileri ayyuka \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Ard\u0131ndan gelsin 28 \u015eubat s\u00fcreci. (\u00d6zal’\u0131n vefat\u0131ndan sonra olu\u015fan\/olu\u015fturulan kaos ortam\u0131nda El\u00e7ibey’in de icab\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemle hat\u0131rlamal\u0131y\u0131z.)<\/p>\n<p><p>Garip de\u011fil mi; T\u00fcrk d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n toparlanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131na inand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir anda T\u00fcrkiye, her zamankinden daha yo\u011fun bir tarzda h\u00fcmanist felsefenin ku\u015fatmas\u0131 alt\u0131na giriverdi. Asl\u0131nda hi\u00e7 de garip de\u011fil… Bin y\u0131ll\u0131k oyunun son h\u00fccumuydu bu. Zira T\u00fcrkiye’de T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck ak\u0131m\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7leniyordu. Tarihin her d\u00f6neminde \u00e7izmeyi a\u015fm\u0131\u015f bu asil \u00fclke kazara toparlan\u0131r da T\u00fcrk cu mhuriyetlerinin ba\u015f\u0131na ge\u00e7ecek olursa vay emperyalizmin h\u00e2line. T\u00fcrkiye’yi dizginlemenin en kestirme yolu h\u00fcmanizm olabilirdi.<\/p>\n<p><p>Evrensel karde\u015flik ad\u0131na milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fin fa\u015fizmle e\u015fde\u011fer tutularak tahkir edilmesi, ama ayn\u0131 zamanda etnik milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fin g\u00fcndeme iyice sokulmas\u0131, mill\u00ee k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn evrensel k\u00fclt\u00fcr nam\u0131na fig\u00fcranl\u0131\u011fa itilmesi (halbuki G\u00f6kalp’\u0131n yerinde te\u015fhisiyle hars her zaman mill\u00eedir, cihan\u015f\u00fcmul olansa medeniyettir), eski Bat\u0131’n\u0131n -yada Vah\u015fi Bat\u0131’n\u0131n- AB ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir zamanda Anadolu’ya “etnik havuz” yaftas\u0131n\u0131n l\u00e2y\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi ve benzeri tutumlar, h\u00fcmanizmin erdemleri s\u0131fat\u0131yla ayd\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ve halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n zihnine \u015f\u0131r\u0131nga edilmeye ba\u015flan\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n<p><p>Bilimsel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, teknik ilerleme, kentle\u015fme, demokratikle\u015fme nevinden unsurlar bak\u0131m\u0131ndan Bat\u0131’n\u0131n y\u00fcz y\u0131l, ikiy\u00fcz y\u0131l gerisinde bulundu\u011fumuzu h\u00fcmanist felsefe bize s\u0131k s\u0131k hat\u0131rlat\u0131r durur. Fakat ne hikmetse, Bat\u0131’y\u0131 Bat\u0131 yapan sosyolojik hadiselerin \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc daima es ge\u00e7er. Milletle\u015fme merhalesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnden de Bat\u0131’n\u0131n gerisinde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, Bat\u0131’n\u0131n ancak cemaat\u00e7\u0131\/\u00fcmmet\u00e7i toplum yap\u0131s\u0131ndan s\u0131yr\u0131l\u0131p millet h\u00e2line ink\u0131l\u00e2p ederek zirveye \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 h\u00fcmanist felsefe ince bir pl\u00e2nla bizden gizler. <\/p>\n<p>Biz T\u00fcrkler asl\u0131nda pek saf, temiz kalbli, art niyet aramayan nezih bir milletiz. Bir zamanlar T\u00fcrk olan Bulgarlar\u0131n, Macarlar\u0131n, Araplar ile \u0130ranl\u0131lar ve Ruslar i\u00e7inde asimile edilmi\u015f soyda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ak\u0131betine s\u00fcr\u00fcklendi\u011fimizi bin y\u0131ld\u0131r idrak edemiyoruz. Toplumumuzun S\u00fcnn\u00ee kesimi \u0130sl\u00e2m \u00fcmmet\u00e7ili\u011fi ve Alev\u00ee kesimi ise Anadoluculuk bahanesiyle mill\u00ee kimlikten soyutlan\u0131rken kayda de\u011fer bir tepki g\u00f6stermiyoruz. Tembel de\u011filiz ama fazla temiz kalbliyiz.<\/p>\n<p><p>Zaman zaman T\u00fcrkl\u00fck ad\u0131na ba\u015fkald\u0131r\u0131lar vaki olmu\u015fsa da arzulanan sonuca ula\u015f\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Ne II. Osman’\u0131n maksad\u0131n\u0131 l\u00e2y\u0131k\u0131yla anlayabildik, ne de en eski T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr kodlar\u0131n\u0131 muhafaza eden Heterodoks T\u00fcrkmenlerin tutumlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirebildik. Atat\u00fcrk’\u00fcn \u00f6nderli\u011finde \u00f6nemli bir \u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131r a\u00e7t\u0131k fakat safl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zdan yararlanan cing\u00f6zlere \u00e7abuk teslim olduk.<\/p>\n<p><p>Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye’nin asl\u00ee meselesi kronik enflasyon, Avrupa Birli\u011fi’ne (yahut dirli\u011fine) girmek falan de\u011fil, pek \u00e7ok sorunumuzu \u00e7\u00f6zecek olan “milletle\u015fme s\u00fcrecimizi” tamamlamakt\u0131r. Ancak bu sayede toprak yitirmek tehlikesinden, ekonomik istikrars\u0131zl\u0131ktan, k\u00fclt\u00fcr buhran\u0131ndan, mezhep s\u00fcrt\u00fc\u015fmelerinden, arabesk\/pop\u00fclist baya\u011f\u0131l\u0131ktan, hatt\u00e2 \u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee ahl\u00e2k yoksunlu\u011fundan kurtulabilece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p><p>H\u00fcmanist felsefe “evrensel karde\u015flik” idealinde samim\u00ee olsayd\u0131, \u015f\u00fcphesiz ki her topluma ve T\u00fcrk toplumuna “mill\u00ee k\u00fclt\u00fcr kodlar\u0131n\u0131” kurtulu\u015f re\u00e7etesi olarak tavsiye ederdi. Fakat kapitalizm gibi, materyalizm ve fa\u015fizm gibi, k\u0131sacas\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn izmler gibi h\u00fcmanizm de emperyalist d\u00fcnyan\u0131n dayatmas\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir. <\/p>\n<p><p>Ne yaz\u0131k ki, T\u00fcrkiye her zamanki temiz kalblili\u011fiyle kendisi i\u00e7in kurulmu\u015f tuzaklara d\u00fc\u015fmekte pek fazla nazlanmamaktad\u0131r. Bilhassa yaz\u0131l\u0131 ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcl\u00fc bas\u0131n\u0131n tutsa\u011f\u0131 olup \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Televizyon programlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir y\u00fczdeye sahip olan seviyeli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar halk\u0131m\u0131zca izlenmemekte, hi\u00e7bir mesaj ta\u015f\u0131mayan e\u011flenceler, yar\u0131\u015fmalar, filmler, \u015fark\u0131lar ra\u011fbet g\u00f6rmektedir. Yaln\u0131z ismen bizden olan b\u00fcy\u00fck gazeteler h\u00fcmanizmin kaleleri h\u00e2line gelmi\u015f, dev\u015firme zihniyetine malik kadrolarca istil\u00e2 edilmi\u015ftir (Marsl\u0131lar uzay gemileriyle gelseler istil\u00e2da bu denli ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olamazlard\u0131).<\/p>\n<p><p>“T\u00dcRK K\u0130ML\u0130\u011e\u0130”, “21. Y\u00dcZYILDA T\u00dcRK\u0130YEM”, “NASIL M\u00dcSL\u00dcMAN OLDUK” t\u00fcr\u00fcnden hacimli kitaplar, Anadolu romantizmi ad\u0131na T\u00fcrkl\u00fck ger\u00e7e\u011fini ihmal eden ya da “biz T\u00fcrkler’in Anadolu’da ne i\u015fi var?” kompleksini a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa vuran tezler ve bu c\u00fcmleden oryantalist romanlar ba\u015f tac\u0131 edilirken mill\u00ee \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6zeten yay\u0131nlar g\u00f6rmezden gelinmektedir. \u00d6rnek olarak, A. Ya\u015far Ocak’\u0131n BABA\u00ceLER \u0130SYANI, Taha Akyol’un \u0130RAN VE OSMANLI’DA MEZHEP VE DEVLET’i, Be\u015fir Ayvazo\u011flu’nun GELENE\u011e\u0130N D\u0130REN\u0130\u015e\u0130, Mustafa Miyaso\u011flu’nun K\u00dcLT\u00dcR HAYATIMIZ adl\u0131 eserlerini zikredebiliriz. Milliyet\u00e7i\/mukaddesat\u00e7\u0131 ger\u00e7ek ayd\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n farkl\u0131 tonlardaki cidd\u00ee eserleri dururken, isimleri \u00f6zt\u00fcrk\u00e7e olan ama zihinleri T\u00fcrkl\u00fckten ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131ktan uzakla\u015fm\u0131\u015f h\u00fcmanist entellerin yap\u0131tlar\u0131na bizzat devletimizin iltifat etmesi ne kadar saf, ne kadar temiz kalbli oldu\u011fumuzun g\u00f6stergesidir. “Sana tokat atana \u00f6teki yana\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7evir” \u00f6\u011f\u00fcd\u00fcn\u00fc Hazreti \u0130sa biz T\u00fcrkleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek sarf etmi\u015f olmal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><p>Biz bu makaleyi, yine g\u00f6rmezden gelinen iki \u00f6nemli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 “acaba g\u00fcndeme sokabilir miyiz” gibi saf\u00e7a bir umutla kaleme ald\u0131k. Muhtelif dergilerde s\u0131k s\u0131k imzas\u0131na rastlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Prof. Dr. Orhan T\u00fcrkdo\u011fan’\u0131n ALFA’dan \u00e7\u0131kan iki dikkate de\u011fer eseri: M\u0130LL\u00ce K\u0130ML\u0130\u011e\u0130N Y\u00dcKSEL\u0130\u015e\u0130 ve K\u00dcLT\u00dcREL BOYUTLARIYLA KEMAL\u0130ST S\u0130STEM…<\/p>\n<p><p>T\u00fcrkdo\u011fan hocam\u0131z bu iki hacimli eserinde T\u00fcrkiye’nin meselelerine pop\u00fclizme kaymadan, akademik kimli\u011finin hakk\u0131n\u0131 vererek ve \u00f6nceki eserlerinden al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ayd\u0131nlat\u0131c\u0131 \u00fcsl\u00fbbunu muhafaza ederek ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak ne\u015fter vurmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><p>T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde dinin yeri nedir, nereye kadar \u00fcmmet\u00e7ilik, hangi sosyal \u015fartlar bu \u00fclkede Atat\u00fcrk’\u00fc yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, Kemalist Sistem T\u00fcrkiye’nin \u015fans\u0131 m\u0131d\u0131r yoksa terk edilmesi gereken bir y\u00fck m\u00fcd\u00fcr gibi hayat\u00ee mevzular s\u00f6z konusu iki kitab\u0131n temas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><p>Bu iki eser sayesinde anlamaktay\u0131z ki, bize Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck diye yutturulan bir h\u00fcmanizm olgusu \u00fclkemize tahakk\u00fcm etmekte ve \u0130sl\u00e2m dininin y\u00fcce prensipleri istismar edilerek T\u00fcrk kimli\u011fi kozmopolitle\u015ftirilmektedir. Yine bu iki eserde, Sel\u00e7uklu ve Osmanl\u0131 co\u011frafyas\u0131 hari\u00e7 \u0130sl\u00e2m tarihinde hi\u00e7bir zaman uygulanmam\u0131\u015f \u00fcmmet \u00fctopyas\u0131 bezirg\u00e2nlar\u0131n\u0131n, etnik ayr\u0131l\u0131k\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n, Anadolucular\u0131n ve fanatik Bat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n T\u00fcrkl\u00fck aleyhindeki paralel faaliyetleri g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serilmektedir. <\/p>\n<p><p>Atat\u00fcrk’\u00fcn vefat\u0131ndan sonra Kemalist Sistemin tasfiyesi ve \u00e7arp\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn h\u00e2kim k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131 olay\u0131yla birlikte, milletimizin bekas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u0130sl\u00e2miyet’in gereklili\u011fi, milletle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinin \u00f6nemi, Atat\u00fcrk’\u00fcn dine ve dindarl\u0131\u011fa y\u00f6nelik \u015fahs\u00ee tutumunun analizi T\u00fcrkdo\u011fan Hocan\u0131n \u00f6nyarg\u0131s\u0131z kalemiyle a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fmakta: Cumhuriyetimizin kurucusunu k\u00f6r\u00fc k\u00f6r\u00fcne ele\u015ftirmenin yahut \u00e7arp\u0131k bir zihniyetle tabu h\u00e2line getirmenin toplumsal saadetimize indirdi\u011fi a\u011f\u0131r darbeler tespit edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><p>Gerek M\u0130LL\u00ce K\u0130ML\u0130\u011e\u0130N Y\u00dcKSEL\u0130\u015e\u0130’nde, gerekse KEMAL\u0130ST S\u0130STEM adl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada T\u00fcrkdo\u011fan Hoca al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ayd\u0131n sorumlulu\u011fundan hareketle, T\u00fcrkiye’nin meselelerini tespitle yetinmemekte, ikna edici \u00fcsl\u00fbbuyla k\u00f6kl\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler de sunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><p>Fakat T\u00fcrkiye’yi fikren ihy\u00e2 etmeye y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar birka\u00e7 ayd\u0131n\u0131n gayretine terk edilemeyecek derecede \u00f6nemlidir. Bu ger\u00e7e\u011fin fark\u0131nda olan T\u00fcrkdo\u011fan Hoca da meslekda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131, siyas\u00ee kadrolar\u0131 ve resm\u00ee olsun olmas\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn kurumlar\u0131 mill\u00ee seferberli\u011fe davet etmekte, t\u00fcm vurdumduymazl\u0131klara ra\u011fmen sesini duyurmaya u\u011fra\u015fmaktad\u0131r, (bu son c\u00fcmleyi okuyan Enderun\u00ee ayd\u0131nlar, i\u00e7lerinden “Sen daha \u00e7ok u\u011fra\u015f\u0131rs\u0131n!” diyorlar m\u0131d\u0131r acaba?).<\/p>\n<p><p>Esefle if\u00e2de etmeliyiz ki, Atat\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck’le yat\u0131p kalkan gazeteler, tele-tembelizyonlar, \u00fcniversiteler ve yay\u0131nevleri h\u00fcmanizmin g\u00fcd\u00fcm\u00fcnde kald\u0131klar\u0131 m\u00fcddet\u00e7e T\u00fcrkdo\u011fan Hocalar seslerini duyurmakta bir hayli zorlanacaklard\u0131r.
